Function List:

Brand Guide

Contains all key and frequented brand partner information accessed by Sales and Field teams

Access the Brand Guide by tapping the 'Brand Guide' tile at top or left (depending on phone orientation)

The Brand Guide is broken down to 3 key sections that can be toggled via the top left menu

 

  1.  F+T parameters

Details and outlines on Brand specific activations, trainings, demos, promotional details, etc

  • Tap the Thumb icon to access a list of all active brands field and trade parameters

 

2.  Sales Cheat Sheet

 

Details and outlines on Brand specific promotions, MOQs, net term parameters, brandfolder link, etc

  • Tap 'i' icon to access the active brand tiles --> select desired brand by tapping the corresponding tile to open a right side card displaying the brand info

 

3.  SPIFs

Details and outlines on active Brand quarterly SPIFs for Sales + Field reps

  • Tap the '$' icon to open a list of all current brand quarterly SPIFs parameters broken out by Sales and Field teams

AR MoM

Quick access month over month report displaying account + brand monthly sales ranging 6months (including current month) with a built in feature flagging accounts that have an unhealthy AR standing

Access the AR MoM report by tapping the 'AR MoM' (disturbed llama) tile at top or left (depending on phone orientation)

Utilize the filters located at the top of the report to filter down by 'Site' (retailer), 'Primary Rep', 'Brand', or toggle the 'at risk' button to exclude accounts with outstanding AR that exceeds recent sales (they are buying less and owe a lot!)

 

Brand Feedback

Dynamic form to log key in market brand feedback from retailers, log and track sample drops + follow up reminders and flows directly to CRM providing the brand team and sales leads with streamlined information 

  • To access the the brand feedback form select the 'Brand Feedback' tile to open a new form
     
    • Follow and fill all required fields - the form is dynamic and will populate the the set of entry fields dependent on the feedback type, brand, and sample type
    • Once all required fields are complete tap 'save' at top right of screen to submit

    • Once submitted you will be taken to the log entries list - can be used to confirm your submission or refer to previous logs
      • you can toggle between the entries list and form by the top left menu buttons
