How to process a 90 day brand review?

Original Business Development SOP / Guideline:

Data Exports Needed:

Diver-->Markers--> bizdev90daybrandreview.mrk
- Filter report for respective brand
- confirm time ranges (when processed at / shortly after 90 day mark select all delivered period time range)
Hubspot:
- Transition Workbooks (filter for respective 'Brand' + 'Workbook assignment' transition account under the "advanced filters")
- Brand Feedback (filter for respective 'Brand' under the "advanced filters")
90 day Review Template
- make copy of template and replace data in "90/90 Data" (index via record ID P> rank, P> Territory, Region)
- Insert transition WB export data to the 'transition WBs' tab
- Insert brand feedback export data in the 'brand feedback'

Utilizing brand historical sales and first 90 days in P> portfolio to create a comparative analysis of quantitative and qualitative data points
