How to log a F+T visit if I don't have Hubspot access

When ready to enter an instore visit, go to bookmark.

You will get this view. Please complete the form

When selecting a brand, be sure to select only 1 of the existing brands and never add a new.  You can also type in a few letters to get the brand you want without sifting through the entire list. Be sure to click done!

The Company Name is where you will enter the store name you were in. Be sure to select one of the existing names and not enter a new one:

When you are done be sure to click Save! There will be no screen after, the form just starts over again for your next visit.
