How to Add a Brand User to CannaBI


  1. Go to the CannaBI Download Link
  2. Get the new user to download CannaBI to their system by clicking the appropriate link in the download site
  3. Once the new user has downloaded CannaBI, they need to request access
    1. To request access, click the “request access” button or send an email to support@dimins.com with the subject “PETALFAST - Request Access - CannaBI” and provide the following information for the new user “Name, Brand/Department, Title, and Email”
  4. Once access is requested allow up to an 24 hours for access to be granted
If you do not receive access from Dimensional insights within 24 hours follow up with a second email to support@dimins.com
