How do I log a F+T In Store Visit as a Full Time Employee?

- locate “in store visit” sidebar on company page 

- add an in store visit log 

- complete form 

- view all logged in store visits 

in store visit log 

- add view 

- filter by creator / brand

 

- navigate to the desired  

 

company (retailer) profile  

page and find the in store  

visit tile on the right  

sidebar 

- click “add” to start a in  

store visit form 

- in store visit form: 

- in store visit name 

- “brand - retail name” 

- brand 

- inventory check results 

- did you drop off non-med… 

- did you engage the staff… 

- did you place visual merch…* 

- any additional feedback 

- associate in store visit with 

- defaults to  

retailer/company in  

which the form is  

started on 

- add brand company  

assoc. 

- required fields 

- in store visit name* 

- brand* 

 

- complete each field  

pertaining to the visit 

- example: 

- a visit can have fields for  

multiple categories (i.e.,  

merch drop, engage, visual  

merch) 

- add brand association 

- once completed click  

“create in store visit” or  

“create and add another”

right sidebar, locate the  

“attachments” section  

just below the in store  

visit section 

- click “add” and upload or  

choose existing file /  

photo / take photo via  

phone 

 

- click contacts tab and  

hover over “custom  

objects” and select “in  

store visit” 

 

- add “in store visit” view  

and pin* (right click or  

long press tab 

- use filters to filter for  

logged visits
