How do I load a workbook?
Workbooks are used for collaborating with the salesteam on specific functions for Brands such as transition accounts, target accounts, phoenix accounts (accounts that have not purchased in over 90 days, and HOT NOTES (urgent feedback items).

Workbooks are created during onboarding of a new brand and also updated on a monthly cadence to help organize sales team efforts.
Each brand manager has the ability to start a workbook.
For each state, a brand manager can complete a template.
For best practice, never add more than 30 rows for a workbook. We want to leverage this tool for quality over quantity. Also, with so many brands, we need to be sensitive to how much gets tasked to the sales team.

- a new / fresh template is created each time selected from the template gallery and is advised to use start a new one per upload cycle
The most important field is the Company Name field. If you click on a cell here, it pre-populates the correct store naming we use system wide at Petalfast. There are always 1:1 to how we have store names in Hubspot. If you want to make a bulk list, we recommend creating a company list in Hubspot and simply copy/pasting from there into this sheet. Once completed, these workbooks need to be approved by the Sales leader for that state.
Once approved, the workbook can be uploaded by sharing with eric@petalfast.com.
Once uploaded to Hubspot by the Digital Team, you can track progress on your Brand Management Dashboard or going to the Workbook Custom Object and filtering for your brand.
