How do I do a transition account with a brand?

Steps for Brands who are ok with no feedback, just confirmation of engagement by retailers

- Brand Manager and Brand to Align on messaging to go out to list of accounts.

- Example template:

- a secret code in all white text in the body of the email is needed to serve as a trigger for the automation flow, ie "zzxx1122"

- Final List (in template format) and Email Comm to be delivered to Digital no later than 3 days prior to it's intended send.

- Digital to update workflow automation for the following:

1 - Clone to run 1x.

2 - Brand Name change for final alert to sales rep

3 - Update secret code in email for workflow

- Digital schedules email to go out as if from "Eric Giacomini"

- All replys to email go to the appropriate sales rep directly, not Eric.

- Digital shares final comm in advance with sales team as a heads up.

- All replys to email to be tracked for 3 days.

- After 3 days, buyers who don't respond get an automated follow up email via workflow.

- After 6 days, sales reps get notified to call/text the buyer personally.

- After 6 days a list of "Unengaged" buyers will get created to load into the Workbook for the sales reps

- This report can be seen by adding "Last Marketing Email Open", "Last Reply Date", "Last Menu Visit" to the Transition Account List

 

Steps for Brands who NEED feedback on ALL transition accounts

- Brand Manager and Brand to Align on messaging to go out to list of accounts.

- Example template:

- Brand Manager to give Final List to be given to Digital no later than 3 days prior to launch to load into Workbooks

- Sales Team to send comm out on their own accord and track via Workbooks
