      How to audit a commission payment

      Using Net Diver to go farter than the PA Report

      1 - First go to Program Advisor and go to MyCommission to analyze what accounts and orders added to the total.

       

      2 - Second, you can enter Net Diver to get a table view configured to see more information based on payment date. Remember commissions are only paid if the order is delivered AND  paid.

       

      A) You can enter Net Diver from clicking the admin button in the upper right in CannaBI and clicking Start NetDiver

       

       

      B)

      Navigate to the cplans folder and select the marker "CommissionChecker1.mrk"

       

      C)

      From here you can filter by sales rep to see their sales and remitted sales data together.
