How to change the Brand AR Status to reflect the most up to date information on the brand's AR Status

How to Update Brand AR Status

1. From the Hubspot homepage go to “Contact” and select “Companies”

1. Once in the companies view, click “All Views” on the upper right hand corner
2. Select the “Brand Manager - CA” view 

1. If you can’t find the brand you are trying to edit, use the search bar on the upper left hand side of the table
2. Once you found the brand you are trying to edit, scroll right until you find the column labeled “Brand AR Status”
   
1. You can click on the field and select from the following options to keep the brand AR Status up to date
