How do I create an email marketing campaign?

For creating and launching trackable and measurable emails within Hubspot email marketing feature

Weekly Menu Email

• Navigate to the "Marketing" tab and select "Email" from the drop down
  
• Click "Create Email" on top right of page (alternatively clone a previous email and update content accordingly)
  
• Select email type (this example is using "Regular" for the weekly menu share)
  
• Select the desired template
  
  
  Email Edit
• Fill in all areas with according input displayed in brackets "{}"
  example:
  Hi,
  Our weekly menu is updated and can be found here.
  My favorite deal this week is {Brand X} has their {Product} at {promotion detail}.
  {Rotating simple category fact from Pistil / BDSA / Headset Data}.
  Hit me up if I can help you get an order started on {Promo Brand} or want to learn more about the {Category from fact} we offer.

  Email Settings

• Fill all required fields
  • From Name: Sender name
  • From address: email address sender
  • Preview text: N/A
  • Internal Email Name: Title of marketing email (Subject line will default if not altered)
  • Language: English
  • Subscription Page: Marketing Information
  • Office Location: Petalfast, 32 Executive Park, Irvine, CA 92614 (default)
  • Select Campaign: *Dependent on email type / purpose - this example would use "Weekly Menu Share"
    
    
    

- Send a test email to Brandmanagement@petalfast.com and sales@petalfast.com.

- YOU MUST get final approval from the brand manager on the email campaign prior to sending, if not please reschedule to another time on the marketing campaign alignment call.
